So far, I've used it for vegetable stir fry, cooking meat, and to make other dishes like General Tao chicken, Shanghai noodles, and Singapore noodles. I like it, and it makes cooking all the more fun.

I bought this because it has high sides. I already have an electric frying pan, but love this because the shape is specific to different cooking needs. I'm going to try frying fries in here, I've seen it done and looks so easy! I'm happy I bought this!
