I wish I found this sooner! This pot is perfect for almost anything you would do in a dutch oven on your stove top. It heats up quickly, it has even heat distribution plus it's so easy to clean.

Excellent for both a single person or a family

I bought this to us on the porch during hot weather. It has become my go to pot for frying, stir frying, steaming, and making soup, chili, rice dishes and stew. The temperature adjust to very low to keep the meal warm if the family is home at different times. My grown son, who likes to cook and makes most of his meals like the one pot method and the easy of cleaning. Unless you are very careless things do not burn on to the surface.
