Nice.

I got this for Christmas. It was missing a screw for the handles and was smaller than I thought it would be, but it is nice to cook veggies in for a stir fry as it heats up quickly. I like it overall.

Christmas present we deep fried wings and scotch eggs it work fast and efficient no need for an external temp gauge has one build in always know what temp it’s at when you food goes in fantastic!!!!!!

Short term use only

Worked well for the first 10 times, then noticed the coating came during the last use. Only used wooden utensils, now it's garbage.

Versatile!

We purchased this a couple weeks ago. We actually bought it for one of our international students to use. We have ended ip using it more than our student. We used it this weekend to do our Thanksgiving Brussel Sprouts. Cooked them and kept them warm for dinner!

Just got this and it works great easy clean-up and looks great love the fact it sits on short lags. Can leave it out on the counter as it looks like it belongs in the kitchen for everyday use.

electric cord no longer works

If not for my recent misfortunate with the electric cord suddenly no longer working, I would have rated this with five stars. While it has been a mainstay in my kitchen, I was disappointed and surprised that it stopped working after less than three years. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt to even attempt replacement under any kind of warranty or even if still considered under warranty. Also wish there was the convenience of a customer service phone number because, as strange as it may be, some of us do not use email communication. Again, while it worked, really loved the product but sure wish it had more longevity.

So, there we were shopping for quite a few things in store and my man points this out in the isle. He says, "We really do need something like this. Just think of how much better this could be then using the stove top. I really like it and looks really awesome. Oh, you can do so much more with it. Can we get it?" Of course I took my time reading all around the box to see if this could benefit us (more so me because he doesn't cook often or at all). I decided to go ahead and get it. We ended up reading more about it on the pamphlet inside and decided to make chicken fried rice. Of course my mom calls when I am trying to start prepping everything to go ahead and cook dinner. (Moms are important, answer their calls. They love you! ). I ended up talking to my mom for over 30 minutes and I go back to the kitchen and my man already has chicken fried rice all cooked up. I take a peek and it looks good, smells good and well SURE ENOUGH tasted great! Proud of him for doing something without me for once. He said to me, "I LOVE THIS THING! It heats up so fast and its non stick and look, I even got some crispy rice pieces in there." Sure enough, he is excited about this product way more than I was and now I am really excited because he can now learn new recipes so he can cook for me more often. Now, the cleaning portion. Yes, very easy to clean. Compact enough to store away. Not too heavy not too light on its weight. Lid fits snug and the cord isn't wonky. Overall, I am very happy with this and would definitely look for more products that could benefit us in our cooking lifestyle. Super easy to use and take with you if you plan to cook at someone's else's home. I'm not familiar with the other products but sure enough wouldn't mind investing in more of these type products.
