Works well, manual needs work

Product seems to work reasonably well, however the manual needs work. Had problems unlocking the lid out of the box - description / how to for locking mechanism was non descript and weak. Manual would also be greatly improved with suggestions around what level to choose (heat) for various applications, as well as a better description / close up / indicator on height adjustor on side - had to use trial and error to determine what was best for pressing a panini. Otherwise, product worked well once the how's were determined.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used it to heat frozen zucchini fritters up with the grill plates ! Worked fantastic and so fast! made grilled cheese with the smooth side plates ... have yet to try the open grilling option yet .... But no complains so far ... easy to use easy to clean

I bought this for my husband who loves grilling his lunch sandwiches. Easy to use, great price and works perfect. Love that it can stand on its end and take up less space. It was for our camper.
