I bought this unit recently and was excited to have a personal blender again. I do have an issue though; Locking the blender cup on the motor is very difficult to do. I got extremely frustrated. My husband had to lock and unlock the blender cup for me. Hoping the more I use it the easier it will be to lock in place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was gifted to me brand new by a complete stranger because I was un a shelter and alone when I had found out I was 5 months pregnant. It has given me the ample opportunity to get daily fruit and veggies intake, and its easy to clean, carry and keep. I am super grateful, for the kindness if this stranger as I have felt much more healthy and pro-positive pregnancy for my angel baby growing inside of me.
Thank You So Much for the Gift of Convenient Healthy Eating in the midst of my current living situation.

I like this product very much. Product quality is good. Blades are efficient.
Control knob easy to turn and symbols easy to understand and operate the blender. Good grips of the lids and cups quality is nice.
