Stronger, quieter and better looking than others

Before I picked up this model I was only familiar with another brand of personal smoothie blender. I'd been given one as a Christmas gift some years before and when it got tired I bought another of the same. It was starting to have problems I was going to buy yet another but this caught my eye. I liked the inclusion of 2 jars and 2 different blades so I decided to give it a try. Turns out that personal blenders actually can be quiet! And powerful! I'm in love. I have a new favourite brand.

The blender is equipped with both a stainless steel blending blade and a grinding blade, allowing it to handle a lot of tasks, from making smoothies and shakes to grinding spices and nuts. The 3 modes of the variable speed control provides flexibility for different blending needs. The fact that they added travel lids adds convenience for those who like to take their smoothies on the go.
While the noise level can be noticeable when blending tougher ingredients (which also caused me to give it a 4/5), it operates at a reasonable volume for softer items like fruits and vegetables which, compared to some other blenders, is definitely a game changer. The 28 oz cups may also be too small for larger batches, but that doesn’t make it a deal-breaker.
Overall, the Starfrit Personal Blender is a practical and easy choice for some looking for a convenient and versatile blending solution. Its compact size, has 2 blades, and included travel lids which you can screw on to the 28 oz cups, make it an easy choice when picking a good, low-budget blender/grinder.

Blends, grinds and seamlessly helps with food prep. Quiet operation. Very convenient given there are two large capacity jars. There's a lot this little blender can do - very impressed!

This is a really nice blender, however to lock it in place was a bit challenging for me. My hands are not what they use to be in strength. Worked great once I had my spouse lock it in place for me.
