What i like about this product is that it’s easy to work with. I love smoothies and i can do now. The cracking of the ice cubes impresses me as well.

Extremely unreliable

I've used this product three times. It worked amazingly well the first time. The second and third times, not so much. The o-ring on the 4-blade base somehow became dislodged from its position and got tangled in the blades, causing smoothie mix to spray everywhere, including on my clothing. After inspection, the seal had broken, rendering the 4-blade base now unserviceable. This morning, I was making my smoothie using the 2-blade base. The o-ring once again became dislodged and tangled in the blades, resulting in my clothes being stained for a second day in a row. I'm not even going to try to reposition the gasket, because the manual says they are factory installed and should not be removed. Hopefully the store from where I purchased this item will return it without the box. Now I'm out a blender, two formal dress shirts, and 2 pairs of slacks because of the stains.

I was looking for the blender which can grid spices but I couldn’t get best result anywhere. When I saw this product and brought to check how it works. It’s works excellent. I am so so happy that I got this Starfrit personal blender. It made my work easy in kitchen and now I can try so many recipes. I love this product a lot.🥰 I will give 10/10 to this. Thank you!
