i like that the cooking plates are removable for easy cleaning but i dont like that it doesnt drain very well. the cooking surface is flat and level so it doesnt drain until there is lots of grease.

It’s quick, clean and compact. Works are as well as or better than most I’ve used ( I have a catering business, so I’ve purchased and used many different ones )
