Glass cover handles get really hot

The Best Set of Pans!

I got these last year, I've never had a better set of cookware. I went back and got the other 2 size pans that they offered. Then I bought my son & daughter-in-law a set for their anniversary plus I got them the big frying pan with lid. They love them too! So then I found the set that I had bought on sale so I got them for my other son and girlfriend along with the big frying pan, they also like them very much! I would have bought them for my other son and daughter-in-law only they have newer cookware but when they need a new set that's what I get them. The only thing I can complain about, is that the set did not come with a lid for the small pan, a real bummer. Also the metal on the handle mainly on the stock pot really gets hot. But I wouldn't trade them for any other pans!

Love this Pan

Used the Rock for the first time about 2 weeks ago. It was amazing. I loaned it to a chef friend of mine to use and he is in love with it too. Easy to clean and cooks so evenly.

It's true. Nothing sticks. I only worry about the chemical nature of the non-stick surface. There is no information on what it is and I would buy the whole set if I knew it wasn't teflon. I would like to know it's safe.
