I dont have this device. Scammed by a cloned att website and bad actors not connected with att. . Reported to att and NOTHING. I want to cancel this account and they wont let me.
Love the watch, battery life is as advertised. Would give it 5 stars if the band was just a little longer.

2.Update iOS and Apps Ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS 26.x, as updates often fix bugs causing freezing. Open the App Store and update all apps to prevent app-specific lag.
3.Check Storage Space Free up storage by deleting unused apps or media. Low storage can slow the device and cause glitches
4.Reset Keyboard and Predictive Text Settings Disable Auto-Correction and Predictive Text under Settings → General → Keyboard, as these features can consume significant resources.
5.Close Background Apps Swipe up and hold from the Home screen, then swipe up on open apps to free RAM and reduce lag.

Absolutely unbelievable battery life. I always hated my previous Apple Watch because I had to charge it at night and I couldn’t monitor my sleep. This new watch literally needs to be charged every three days or so. It’s about time they figured out how to match battery life to the price.
