Everything about this laptop is disappointing.
I have been an HP user for over 15 years and this is the worst laptop of theirs I've had. It's disappointing.
the power supply cord fails to stay in the adapter. It ships with an unusable amount of RAM so you have to upgrade or it's not functional.
They changed the sound from awesome B&O to Poly studio which is no comparison it sounds terrible.
One cooling fan has already died in less than 6 months.
Rethinking the corporate policy on being standardized to HP.
