Great ring except for charging

I really love the ring itself and tracking. Unfortunately, I have issues with it charging. I emailed support and haven’t heard back in over a week.😔 I tried to put it on the charger at 20%, ended up getting down to 13%. After two days it was only up to 75%…

I love the QRNT slim. I really like how it is much more slim compared to the original QRNT smart ring that I had prior. It was very bulky. I love the womens health upgrade as well. The only downside is that my ring came with some scratches on it potentially from a previously returned ring. That I do not like.

Quality is fine, it just doesn't fit the finger I bought it for. I think the inside of the ring makes it so you need to order bigger sizes then you measure.

It fits my wedding ring finger (which is not the finger I bought it for) FYI- I wear a normal qalo size 6 as my wedding ring, the QRNT slim that fits that same finger is a size 7. It took me a day or so to get used to it, its bulkier than normal and I don’t normally sleep with a ring. I did find it easier to sleep with without the cover on the ring. But during the day I always wear a cover because it does bang on everything. So far I like it and the information I can get on the app.

First, the ring came already open. I decided to give it a try anyway. It won’t hold a charge longer than 12 hours which is super annoying.
