Very slim and lightweight indeed!

I loved how lightweight it is, only thing is I needed a smaller size so I’m having to ship it back and get a smaller size. I haven’t looked at and tested any features yet, unboxed it to try it on and it was too big. Immediately went back in the box to exchange for smaller size.

Ring won’t charge

Ring won’t charge. Received the ring and tried to get it charge. Case will have its green light on but the rings green light will not turn on. Left the ring in the case for a day and the ring didn’t charge and won’t connect to the app.

The ring won’t hold a charge. I charged it for 10+ hours and it was dead within an hour.

Best thing about this ring is sleep tracking along with heart tracking. I love it! It’s very light and unnoticeable as well!

Loved how fast the delivery was! I ordered the sizing kit, then ordered my ring after. I have had it for a few days now and love it thus far. It is a light weight ring and slim which is appreciated. I was worried about the "snugness" but it has not bothered me at all!

I have only had it on for 2 days. I had another brand of smart ring before the qalo. It takes so getting used to the app. Not super user friendly until you know where things are and I am not there yet. Overall very comfortable. Curious how the battery life is.
