So far, I’ve had it for less than a week, but I really love having an alternative to wearing an Apple Watch everywhere I go. Especially when I sleep to get my metrics. I typically wear a size 9 ring and I read the suggestion to go one size higher, which fits just perfect. I was skeptical, but all of my metrics seem to be measuring properly and I use multiple sources of truth when I do my measurements so they’re all within an acceptable range of each other. Wish I would’ve bought one of these years ago and I would’ve not had to buy my Apple Watch. 100% recommend to anyone.

The smart ring from Qalo definitely does its job! I am able to track my sleep and cycle with no issues. I am able to reach my goals and makes me aware of my stress levels throughout the day. I recommend their smart ring. Only downside I wish I would’ve sized up two sizes instead of one!

Don’t bother

I would not recommend these rings at all. They last 3 months, if that. I have already had my original replaced, needed the replacement replaced, and now the 3rd ring isn’t holding longer than a 24 hour charge and I just received it 3 days ago. I wish I had heeded the reviews when I originally purchased.
