I was loving this ring initially but for some reason my case is not connecting properly with my ring and it won’t charge. I’ve reached out to support and haven’t heard back so my ring has died. Honestly might return because of this.
Outside of the charging issue I had two things I didn’t like 1) when I work nights the sleep tracking was off so not a great option for night workers. 2) I wasn’t able to edit my cycle dates, the ring had my cycle day 1 as a specific day but wouldn’t allow me to edit it to have it be the correct day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Heart rate is extremely inaccurate. I synchronized the ring to my Garmin watch both resting and exercising. The numbers aren’t close. I know Garmin is accurate as I’ve compared to sensors on exercise equipment. Can’t recommend the ring. Want a refund.

The size was perfect. I did the pre-size rings and it was exactly what I needed! The battery does not last but 3 days. And it’s not very detailed on your sleep. Like most apps that will tell you details on what hour you were asleep or in rem sleep. It doesn’t do that. Just gives you a score and a round about time frame you were sleeping. I like it tracks the cycle for woman.

Obsessed!

Been wearing consistently for a month now and I am obsessed! Love all of the data it collects on the FREE app. I wear it on my pointer finger and it fits true to size. It has been so insightful to use for my cycle tracking especially around ovulation and preparing for my period to begin. Love being able to customize the look of it with the covers.

Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this ring. I don’t get distracted by it and forget that it’s anything other than a beautiful piece of jewelry! That is, until I look at the analytics and review my day, my sleep, and workout and realize just how important this information is to me and my health. Last comment, I have gotten so many comments on this ring! I plan to buy one for my husband for Christmas. 10/10!!

I had the OG...

I had the OG QRNT and got used to the thickness of it. When the slim came out with the added cycle tracking feature, I ordered it. It fits so nice and close to the finger! The same ease of use as the OG, but better finish and fit. Love it.
