I like this ring but…

I like this ring, but everything I wanted in a tracking ring it does not do. Will not tell you exact body temp (which is important for cycle tracking), does not give you warnings for when you may be getting sick or should take it easy, and I cannot get mine to sync with Apple Health. I use my Apple Watch to track all my workouts and they will not sync to my QRNT no matter what I try. I was so excited about this ring being a cheaper option, having silicon covers and not needing a subscription, but as it stands now I’m fairly disappointed. Hoping they roll out new features to correct these missing things.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that it keeps track of all the different items from your skin temperature to your menstrual cycle, which I no longer have your heart rate your sleep, which I don’t agree with because I know I lay awake at night and it says that I slept 98%, which is good. I tossed and turned and I know for a fact I’m awake so that’s the one thing I do have to disagree with, but other than that I do like the ring my hands swell a little bit too much so I have to switch it back-and-forth from my index finger over one and then when the swelling goes down enough if I can get it off and back on to have that snug fit. I did the sizing rings first for sure did that for two full days maybe a little bit longer just to make sure. A size 10 would work, but it just gets way way too tight on my finger.
