It’s kinda my fault...

It’s kinda my fault for not getting the sizing kit. I normally wear the size I purchased but it was way too extremely small. Otherwise I suppose it would have been great. I ordered the kit and will exchange the ring so I’ll go from there. I hope it’s amazing!

I love everything about it. However, I wore it for less than 24 hours and the gold has already scrapped off. I choose this over other brands because the no subscription fee and the thinner look but not impressed by the quality of the actual ring it’s self.

Love this but I don’t yet

I really want to love this. But it has not been connecting well to the app and I hate having it on my four finger so I definitely think I’m gonna change it for a different size, but I wanted to talk to somebody at customer service first because I really wanna make this work. I feel like it’s such a better option to some of the other ones that are out there so I’m hoping we can find a solution and figure out why it’s not connecting.

Shady return/sizing contract clauses

The ring is nice, the capabilities are exactly what I want, and the app platform is really easy to use. However, I need a size up and while I paid for free returns the company won’t allow me to swap the product for the size bigger because I got the ring at a discount for Black Friday. The only way I can swap is to return the Black Friday deal for it’s value and then start a new purchase for the full priced ring.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great ring but size up

I love this ring. The tracking so far seems very accurate for everything but I am going to have to exchange for a bigger size. I normally wear a size 6 on my pointer finger, but the size 6 is a little snug so I’m going to have to size up but overall great not too thick of a fit either

Very poor battery

My first ring only worked for 3 weeks the replacement ring didn’t even last 3 hrs after I received it! Very discouraging when your trying to collect your health data!

Don’t buy

This ring sucks. It log a workout without you manually doing it and even then it’s not correct. I wore the trial for 24 hours and sized up but the ring is so uncomfortable I end up taking it on/off because it’s so tight
