Battery issues, replacement request

I am requesting an exchange as I have only had it for 24 hours and I have charged it 5 times since to full capacity and the battery is depleted after 4 hours. I used the method suggested to have it connected to a wall charger this morning it was at 75% at 6 am, I woke up by 9 am and the app said my sleep was last tracked at 7:56 am it stopped tracking and the ring was at 0%. I have screen shots of today's interaction with the ring. It was fully charged at 1:24 pm, at 2:28 pm the app showed the ring's battery at 54% and at 3:32 the app showed the ring's battery at 19%. I want to give the ring another shot so if I can please get a replacement to try and have a better experience as I like what the ring and app display for data.

I have enjoyed the slim design. It’s not big and bulky on my finger! It has helped track stress which is a huge factor in my life and where I can really hone in on the what is causing the stress.

Great smart ring for a fraction of the cost

Exactly what I was hoping for without having to break the bank. Lightweight and easy to wear. Battery life is good as well. I’m on day 3 and still at 60 something % charge. I did size up and it fits perfectly on my ring finger of my non dominant hand.

I’m obsessed with my ring! I am a perimenopausal mom and nurse practitioner. It has given me great insight into my sleep and is so accurate! I love the three ring covers it came with. I have told all my friends to get one

It started off great...

When I first opened the box...

When I first opened the box, I almost just sent it back. The size of the ring was a bit intimidating. But I had tried one on someplace else, so I new I needed to get it about 2 sizes bigger than my normal ring size. Its for my middle finger or thumb on my right hand. It does look like a mans wedding band, but slim and not very bulky. Setting up was easy and even syncing to my phone and the app was easy. It is still learning me, so it will need more days to give accurate stress, sickness and sleep patterns. I would suggest getting the silver one, because I got the brushed bronze, and the ring is tarnishing a little or losing the bronze color on the exterior of the ring. Overall, it has been a good purchase, but it's only on day 4.
