Best thing about this ring is sleep tracking along with heart tracking. I love it! It’s very light and unnoticeable as well!

Loved how fast the delivery was! I ordered the sizing kit, then ordered my ring after. I have had it for a few days now and love it thus far. It is a light weight ring and slim which is appreciated. I was worried about the "snugness" but it has not bothered me at all!

I have only had it on for 2 days. I had another brand of smart ring before the qalo. It takes so getting used to the app. Not super user friendly until you know where things are and I am not there yet. Overall very comfortable. Curious how the battery life is.

I have had this for 3 days now. It doesn’t count steps accurately. I literally walked 2 miles on a treadmill while swinging my arms like a maniac and yet it only counted 0.9 of a mile. Is there a way to add miles/ steps manually into the app?

When they work they’re good

I’m on my second replacement so 3rd ring in about 8 months. I like the idea, when they’re working they’re great but they seemingly don’t have any staying power.

Battery issues, replacement request

I am requesting an exchange as I have only had it for 24 hours and I have charged it 5 times since to full capacity and the battery is depleted after 4 hours. I used the method suggested to have it connected to a wall charger this morning it was at 75% at 6 am, I woke up by 9 am and the app said my sleep was last tracked at 7:56 am it stopped tracking and the ring was at 0%. I have screen shots of today's interaction with the ring. It was fully charged at 1:24 pm, at 2:28 pm the app showed the ring's battery at 54% and at 3:32 the app showed the ring's battery at 19%. I want to give the ring another shot so if I can please get a replacement to try and have a better experience as I like what the ring and app display for data.
