It's not good enough at detecting exercise. Completely missed a power pilates work out when my heart rate review showed clear elevation for 1 hour. I have not figured out how to add an exercise retroactively like I can in the iphone app. I'm trying to get rid of my apple watch and so far this is not going to be the answer to allow that to happen.
On first impression not impressed, it looks a bit cheap! I have not used it much because it’s super small on me and I have to have it exchanged. One thing I can say it runs super small I ordered a 6 because typically I am a 5 and sheesh it barely fit me. Will update you guys as I actually use it.
Love it, BUT the battery started failing less than 6 months after purchase. It lasts less than 24 hrs now, when it used to last 4-5 days. I only use it for the vitals, steps, and sleep…no workout tracking, so I’m definitely not taxing the battery more than average.
I love this ring so far! It’s comfortable and sits perfectly on my pointer finger. It tracks my cycle, sleep, stress levels, steps, etc. and you can also have it track your workout in the app while you’re doing it. Each workout tracks your heart rate, steps, calories burned, etc. The app is easy to use and FREE compared to other companies. The website offers free ring covers which is super nice for when I’m working out, that keeps my brushed gold from scuffing which I really love. If you’re considering the QALO - do it!
So far it’s a pretty good ring that does well, battery life is great. Don’t know if it’s the gold color but it scuffs very easily so almost lost a star to be honest. Hopefully it’s just a color thing and not a knock against durability.
