QALO QRT Slim Ring — My Experience
As a cyclist, I’ve become increasingly interested in understanding what my body is actually doing—not just how I feel on any given day. That’s where the QALO QRT Slim Ring has become a really useful part of my routine.
One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to use. The ring is slim, comfortable, and unobtrusive enough that I can wear it throughout the day and while I sleep without really thinking about it. The app is just as straightforward. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes it easy to get to the information I actually care about.
For me, one of the most valuable metrics is my sleep score.
There are mornings when I wake up and don’t feel particularly rested. My first instinct might be to assume I need to back off my training. But then I look at the data the ring collected overnight, and sometimes it tells a different story.
That doesn’t mean I’m going to blindly follow a number and ignore how I feel. But having objective data alongside how I feel gives me another piece of the puzzle.
And sometimes, that’s all I need.
I don’t want to base every workout decision solely on how I feel when I wake up. Feelings are important, but they’re also subjective. Having actual data gives me something more concrete to consider when deciding whether it’s a day to push, maintain, or recover.
I also really appreciate that I can access the data I’m collecting without paying for a subscription.
That’s a big deal to me.
I’m already paying for the device. I don’t love the idea of having to pay another monthly fee just to access the data that device is collecting about me. With QALO, I can use the information from my ring without adding another recurring subscription to the list.
At the end of the day, I don’t need a wearable to tell me how to live or train. I want something that’s easy to wear, easy to understand, and gives me useful information that I can actually apply.
That’s what I’ve found with the QALO QRT Slim.
It quietly collects the data. I check it when I want to. And over time, those little pieces of information help me better understand my body, my recovery, and ultimately how I approach my riding.
For me, that’s the real value.

Ring doesn't fit..... and have to pay to return

The ring doesn't fit the way that I liked it to. I also ordered a larger ring to see if that would work and that one is way too big. I don't like that for me to return a product that I spent a lot of money on i should have to pay to return them.

Good value. The app is appealing and no monthly charge. My biggest gripe is that it scratches easily. This must be why they provide silicone covers.
Still getting to known how to use best to track activity but I don’t always work out with my phone to manually start/end workouts or I can turn on the beta option to recognize workouts but it ruins battery life over time.
