My ring arrived promptly and in great shape! It works so well and is very comfortable. I'm glad I got the sizing kit first, because the size I would've chosen would have been too small. Everything works really great when it's working. I'm experiencing some battery charging issues but currently waiting for help from support on that. I'd still highly recommend based on who well this ring works and fits.

It's really the app...

It's really the app that brings it all together. I have the original and the wife has the slim. Even though the ring is thinner, it's still noticeable as it gets caught on things. With that said, this thing is amazing! It has even confirmed, or rather, agreed with heart monitoring she has had done at the hospital.

Great but not the greatest.

I have only been wearing this for a few days and the ring’s resin inner lining looks partially shattered. Other than that that, I really just needed the ring to track my sleep and stress for medical reasons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This ring is too bright. It’s very uncomfortable to wear. It keeps me up at night when the lights come on. It also does not properly track my steps because it looses connection with my phone even when it’s n my pocket!

Charging case is malfunctioning

This is the 2nd one I have purchased since Christmas. The first one is malfunctioning- not charging. And I decided that maybe it rubbing against my wedding set might be part of that. So I ordered this one in a larger size to fit my index finger. And it charges BUT will not charge when the case is not connected to the charging cable like it's supposed to. Apparently QALO needs to get the "bugs" out of the QRNT Slim rings. If it was not for that, I would be happy with my purchase.

Order MUCH larger/Scratches Easily

Definitely cannot just order one size up from your normal ring size. I’m a 5.75 and had to order a 9 just for it to fit. Also, when getting the gold- it scratches easily. I do love it and how light weight it is. I also love the app!

I like how slim it is-not bulky at all. Logging activity is simple. Step counting and sleep are fairly accurate. Will be recommending to friends.
