To establish a Bluetooth connection successfully, please ensure the Bluetooth controller on the PC is working properly, battery on the ROG Keris has ample amount of charge and is being recognize or detected by the PC. I tried several different brands and sizes of mice before purchasing the ROG KERIS Wireless Aimpoint Gaming Mouse. If your hands are smaller size like mine then finding a fitting mouse is a journey itself. ROG KERIS is a tri-connect mouse (wired USB-C, 2.4 GHZ Dongle, or Blu-tooth). It has 5 buttons and comes with two replaceable switches. I love the grip tape also that comes with the mouse. With the extras with the product is almost like getting two in one. Comes with two extra switches, 4 extra feet, grip tape, paracord wire, dongle and dongle extension. So far I have really been impressed with the battery also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's good until recent days when I use 2.4 G connect to my laptop, it will disconnect for a sec, than reconnect it. It's so annoying when I playing video games!

ROG Keris Wireless AimPoint fits my hand perfectly. I generally play RPG's and do not need mice with a lot of programable buttons. The lightweight of the mouse is perfect for my style of game playing.
