I purchased these headphones and I’m very pleased with them the sound is awesome and the noise cancellation is very good these will be accompanying me on my next flight got the wireless adapter to.

I bought these to watch movies on planes. The sound is very good and noise cancelling is great. I don’t know if it would have been worth the extra money for the Ultras, but I’m not an audiophile so these seem perfect for my use.

I bought this a few weeks ago for my daughter. She loves them! The color is gorgeous. They are comfortable. Sound is amazing and clear. Worked great on a long flight! Loved them so much I just purchased another pair for my husband!

Alot of technical problems with connection dropouts and touchy power connection

One thing you could try is a reset, by plugging the USB cable into the left earcup, then sliding the Power switch to the right and connecting the other end of the cable to a power source at the same time.
