Noise cancellation is subpar

Sound quality is very good. However I bought these with the expectation that the noise cancellation would be good and I find it doesn’t work well. Outside I can still easily hear cars and the wind. Even though it has a feature for the wind. Plane noise is also still easily heard with them. I was hoping for better especially given the cost. Very disappointed.

Please note that the noise cancellation isn't designed to stop 100% of noise, as this could prove dangerous in situations such as e.g. crossing the road or if a fire alarm goes off. Despite this, our world-class noise cancellation is designed to suppress most surrounding noise, enabling you to enjoy your audio content with minimal distractions. I hope this is helpful. I bought this headphones about 1 month ago and still standing in a good shape, when I first tried them I was left gasping, surprised how great these headphones sound and how great the bass is especially how extremely comfortable they fit on my head and covering my ears. Greatest purchase I made and they much better then the $500 Apple headphones and Beats studios. Went ahead and bought 2 more for my siblings.

Disappointing in one respect

These headphones were a disappointment in one respect -- when you are walking and talking it amplifies background noises so much that it drowns out your voice for the person at the other end! I used to own an earlier version of these headphones -- had them for years -- and never experienced the same issue. So they are great for noise cancellation and listening to music, etc., but you cannot use them to have conversations in public spaces, take meetings on the run, etc. So the upgrade did not really work for me. I am still keeping them, but just need to now carry a wired hands-free pair with me as well in case I need to take calls while I am outdoors. I'm really hoping they can fix this with a software update soon.

I bought approximately 3 weeks ago. I am extremely disappointed that I am struggling to get them to connect to my computer. I am also disappointed that I cannot seem to get help or support from Bose. I am strongly considering returning them.

In the Bluetooth settings of the Bluetooth device, find the list of previously connected products. Remove your product from the list, including any duplicate listings labeled LE (Low Energy), then reconnect it to the device.

I bought this last month to replace my Beats Studio and so far I can say the quality is superb. The sound is crisp and I especially like the modes hat let you select the level of silence you desire. My issues would be that the overall quality of the material makes me worry of the durability. They don’t feel cheap. Just very delicate. The controls are also oddly placed. Bottom line for me is once they are on your head, the sound is golden and that is primarily what I need as I.baby my devices.
