Legendary noise cancelling is a lie. My earplugs are better. I could hear everything almost as well as when the noise cancelling was off

Hi. Thank you for your post. The combination of active and passive noise reduction technologies in your headphones is designed to block out most sounds but not everything. You may still hear higher-pitched sounds like sirens and even human voices, although the volume of these sounds should be dramatically reduced. If you feel you are not getting any noise reduction with your headphones, here are a few steps you can try. https://bose.life/4dYpffv. I bought this a month ago and the sound fades in and out. I'm going to return them this week. How annoying.

I bought these for a noisy office environment because I can't hear callers, they can't hear me. I thought the noise canceling would take care of talking voices around me - it almost does. I can hear people around me even when I have music on. The microphone still picks up people's voices around me and I have fine tuned that as well to the best of my ability. I have toyed with returning them. They are extremely comfortable, easy to use, easy to charge, etc. I also love the color I just expected more silence .....

Great sound. I love them. Only one thing I can’t get is to just the headphones on my head right. They fall off. But it might be my head. Lol

Overall good!

Overall a good headphone. Sound quality is ok thru Bluetooth connections, but not experienced quality and the sound of all instruments. Little over weight to use it for few hours and felt much pressure on ears. Same time, it is connecting to many Bluetooth devices with annoying announcements.

Hello, I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying the QC SE headphones, if you do not want the connection announcements, you can disable voice prompts within the headphone settings on the Bose app. You can view more on this here: https://bose.life/3GhvZJQ. Should you need any additional assistance, please contact our technical support team who will be happy to assist you. You can find their contact information here: https://bose.life/3rykPZR.

Great but has flaws

I bought these headphones 2 weeks ago and so far they're pretty good but there are some flaws. One bad thing is that whenever I'm playing a game it disconnects from the headphones and I stop getting volume from the game, the sound just stops.
