I love Bose headphones. This is my second set I’ve had in 3 years. I wear them every day. The first pair I had and they still work fine except I wore the padding on the headphones down. Now my husband uses them. Great buy!!!!

Stylish Yet Comfy!

Great pair of headphones. Very stylish yet very comfortable. Lightweight too. The only drawback would be that you cannot turn the noise cancelling off unlike its predecessor QC 35ii's. Overall, a really decent pair of headphones.

Legendary noise cancelling is a lie. My earplugs are better. I could hear everything almost as well as when the noise cancelling was off

You may still hear higher-pitched sounds like sirens and even human voices, although the volume of these sounds should be dramatically reduced. Basically doesn't work

Constantly stutters, leaves static, and stops playing any sound. I suspect this is due to the app but I don't know. Will be seeking a replacement.

I bought these for a noisy office environment because I can't hear callers, they can't hear me. I thought the noise canceling would take care of talking voices around me - it almost does. I can hear people around me even when I have music on. The microphone still picks up people's voices around me and I have fine tuned that as well to the best of my ability. I have toyed with returning them. They are extremely comfortable, easy to use, easy to charge, etc. I also love the color I just expected more silence .....
