Best earbuds out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a variety of earbuds over the years and upgraded from the older model of Samsung buds to the Galaxy Buds FE and they're great! They fit in my ear perfectly and don't fall out as previous buds have. The audio transmission is seamless and the quality of audio is impeccable. They're easy to use and hold a charge for days! Love these buds!

They're okay

The Galaxy Buds FE provides up to 7 hours of playtime per charge, which can be extended to 26 hours with a fully charged case. We noted your concerns regarding the buds falling out while you're working out and the buds' case not charging properly. Our goal is to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible with our devices, and we would like to provide some assistance to help ensure you have a great experience with your buds. If your Samsung Buds charging case isn't working as it should, the most common causes may include dirty charging contacts on the earbuds or inside the case, a faulty battery within the case, or potential damage to the charging port. We recommend checking for any debris and cleaning the contacts with a soft cloth. You can also try using a different charging cable. If this persists, please consider contacting Samsung Support for further assistance. In regards to the fit, we recommend trying the bud tips that come included with your Buds FE in order to get the best fit. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. As you know, we also offer Samsung Care+, which can be added to eligible devices that would offer you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Samsung Care+ is great to have for those unfortunate situations in life like leaving your phone behind on the train, having it stolen, dropping your device in a pool, or dropping it and shattering the screen. We even have over 700 authorized repair locations nationwide to take your device to be repaired which helps you get back to doing what you love most in life.
