I bought cartridge and printhead for my HPZ3100....package always on time. Quality is perfect. I need to buy some more cartridge I will do it on HP store on line. Only small problem, the price of cartridges is high.

There was problem with printer color..called customer service for advice..I need a new printhead..ordered it..got it fast..problem solved..I am back in business again!

But when I called HP they act very quick by sending me a new Printhead which I got in 2 days and install it to my printer and solved my problem. Excellent Service. Thanks

We changed heads and it was easy enough but the harness that held it was problematic. After engaging HP for an inordinate amount of money, the harness was replaced and the printer works fine.
