All of our inks in the HP Design Jet Z6 are above 5% but it's still not enough to initialize the machine, after replacing two printheads this brand new 300ml ink cartridge has already gone down to 97% and I haven't even printed anything yet, which for me is unfortunate. Sorry this is more of an issue with the printer and probably not the ink cartridge.
