Printer said I needed to install a new print head. I purchased this as I have 4 others over the past 4 years and this time it rejected it and keeps telling me to replace the print head. It's brand new. HP won't warranty it after 30 days even though it says right on the Printhead warranty expires in 2025.
Even tried a firmware update which the printer just sends you to a 404 page and you have to hunt around like a wild goose hase to find it only listed under Windows 7 availability when it's for the printer and is OS independent.
Never trust HP. Never buy a HP printer. They are the worst tech company and don't know what they are doing and don't honor warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
