I just received and installed our new print head. I don't know yet if it is a dud. Maybe HP shouldn't ask for a review before the consumer has had a chance to use the product.

The printheads work great, the plotter that we have is a very reliable and user friendly machine. The website to order parts from is equally user friendly. I ordered the printheads and they were delivered the next day. No problem.
