This product provides an excellent full body workout! Fun to use, solidly built. When I first received it, I couldn't assemble it. I called customer service. They helped me identify that I had a defective part and I was shipped a replacement very quickly. This machine is definitely a great buy.

Realistic Design Promotes Better Muscle Workout

The important feature of the two independent oar like handle bars provide increased areas to workout more muscles in arm and shoulder. I like how it doesn't bind knees because the oars can be pulled around them instead of only over them like other rowing machines. I kind of like how well the seat glides easy but design could be improved if a separate variable resistance could be added there so more leg muscles can get an increased intensity workout. After 30 minutes of use, my body can feel a satisfying workout in both upper and lower areas. It was too fun to think it was work. I can feel second winds and do it all while watching TV or listening to music without too much machine noise. You just hear the whisper "swish" pneumatics of the one lower resistant piston. Better foot grips needed because Velcro loosens too quickly. I added other cinch loops to bind foot into the pedal. Without feet attached, you lose the important leg muscle workout where you burn must of calories since they're the largest muscle group getting a repetition endurance workout.

Unboxed, assembled and started a workout in under 30 minutes. I'm very impressed at the quality of this rower for the price. Arthritis is knees and feet have stopped me from walking and jogging so this inexpensive rower is literally a life saver.

I purchased this a month ago and have been more than satisfied. I've bought other exercise items at the low end of the price break, and 50% turned out to be junk. This machine was great and satisfies my needs. There's only one slight negative, there's an increase squeak in the seat travel as I continue to use it. I plan on removing the seat and maybe some lube on the roller bearings. As long as it holds up, I can live with it.

I am very pleased with this glider that I have had for just a couple of weeks. It is compact and easy to store and does not take up a lot of space when I bring it out. It is also light enough to easily move it back and forth. But most importantly, it gives me a good overall workout for strength and cardio.
