I bought this rowing machine about a month ago. Since I have a busy job, the rower is perfect: in just 20 minutes a day, I manage to tone my lower back, abdomen, thighs, arms and shoulders. It is also good moderate aerobic activity. The rower is not too heavy and stores easily in an upright position in the corner of the room. Finally, the cost/benefit ratio is excellent. Overall, I am very pleased.

I bought this rower just recently and have only worked out with it a handful of times (unfortunately), however, I found it easy to assemble as well as simple to set up or break down once you finish exercising.
Having had multiple heart surgeries and issues and living in a rural neighborhood where weather and/or mosquitoes often prohibit my ability to walk outside, I found the need to have a small footprint exercise machine that would benefit my shoulders, legs and back muscles because I could not find a lat machine that would fit in the small home I live in. This machine fits my needs and works well. I haven't gotten beyond the basics yet but I have faith I will eventually get there.
The only drawback I find is the positioning and/or comfort of the foot rest and velcro straps. Otherwise it is a great machine, especially given the price.

I've had my rowing machine for just under a month now. I use it 6 days a week, and it provides a good, low-impact workout. It folds up into a fairly small footprint, and is easy to move around and setup. The resistance adjustment is easy to use, and the computer provides useful info and automatically stops the counter if you stop exercising.

After four months of use I can't believe how much I love my rower. I have highly recommended to friends and family and two people have bought one. Another great point is that Stamina has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Highly recommend.

Love this machine so far. Have had it for about a month and use it as an addition to riding my stationary bike. In the summer I ride 45 miles a day, so when the weather gets cold, I ride my stationary bike for 3 hours inside. I have arthritis and osteopenia so exercise is my "job". Use it or lose it as they say. Although I was exercising for three hours, I wasn't doing anything for my strength training. I bought the Stamina rower and now ride my bike for 1 1/2 hours, followed by the rower for 40 minutes. I have taken 50 minutes off my routine, and have never felt stronger. You can really feel it in the upper body and core when you use the rower. Will continue this until next year in the Spring when I will be back on the road!

I remember as a kid going to the YMCA in seeing a rowing machine thinking wow that's a big waste of time. But after years of some physical workouts decide to give it a chance and it is really a good workout. I broke my right ankle two years ago so I was very concerned about what kind of impact I would put on it so I gave it a chance and boy it's the best decisions I've made in a long time. You can really get going on this thing find a zone and really get a great workout.
