sturdy machine, tough to learn

It's not that the machine is faulty, it's that my feet can't stay in the straps, which make it difficult to continue rowing. I look forward to getting to learn it better.

I find this is EXACTLY the kind of exercise I need. Have 2 knee replacements, and 1 hip replacement. It is providing the flow of movement that does not cause injury to my joints and has increased my stamina. Hope now I can lose a few pounds too!

I like the compact design for places that don't have enough room. Set up was a bit difficult for non DIY people like myself. The action is smooth. Cons: the seat is hard and my feet slip off as I wear a small shoe size.
