It works great at a much lower cost from other rowers. Silent rowing if you put buffer material like cardboard or rug under front support. The electronic display is worthless but I use my phone timer anyway so no matter. Great exercise gear at a reasonable price.

The rower seems pretty nice and useable, but the monitor isn't worth anything. If they can't provide a good one then take it off and reduce the cost by whatever that costs. I do like that it does simulate the rowing and not just pulling a handle attached to a rope/cord.

I love the BodyTrac Glider. It works the arms, abs and the legs all at the same time. Also,it is portable and it does not take up alot of space. Once I'm done working out, I stand it up against the wall. The BodyTrac Glider simulate rowing,your arms goes out wide like you actually rowing a boat. This was a great investment.

An inexpensive way to see if indoor rowing is for you. It was easy to set up. Find some utube videos on technique and workouts. You can definitely break a sweat. Im very happy with it

For a beginner product, this has been good. I loved it and wanted to give it 5 stars until I realized the foot issue wasn’t just a learning issue. The big drawback are the foot pedals. The heel cup is too shallow and your feet will fall out and frustrate you. Moving the straps to the upper holes (by toes) helps tremendously (feet slide out every 3 minutes vs every 5 pulls) but I am still searching for a permanent hack/fix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
