Researched rowers for benefits. Found this one at a great price. First piece of home gym equipment & didn't want it to become a clothes hanger. I LOVE IT!! Gets your heartbeat up, low impact, works glutes, arms, chest, legs - the best investment ever!!

Overall unit is fairly good. The footplates are too low in the back, and your feet keep sliding out. Need to change these

I bought the rower almost a month ago and I love my workouts which include the rower. Even if I have a bad day and all I get to do is the rower....I still see results. I love this machine.

This row machine is so simple to use, yet packs an amazing workout! Even after just 10 minutes I'm feeling the burn. The adjustable tension is great, and I really like that it stores away easily.

I have had the Stamina Body Trac Glider 1050 Rowing Machine for not quite a month yet and use it at least twice a week for 30 minutes workouts and it works great. I am 6’1” and have had no problems with it. I did find that if you put the Velcro straps that hold your feet in at a diagonal pattern meaning top slot on one side of your foot and bottom on the other it will hold your foot on the foot pads much better.

Great Total Body Workout

This was recommended to me by my husband who is a personal trainer. I'm just beginning to start working out again after a few months and so far this glider has been a great start. I love the way it makes me feel and it gets my heart rate up in the first 5-10 mins. I would defiantly recommend this glider to someone who is just beginning all the way to an advanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I had a rower that was a pull back. This one is more realistic and more difficult. It is not to difficult to where you cannot do it. It does take a bit of adjustment, but once used to the machine, I would not go back. Stamina also has excellent Customer service. Great company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had a wake up call and by that, I mean a heart attack! I decided that my life style had to change, so I started out exercising on a recumbent bike exerciser, but although I was working my lower body and loosing weight, my upper body felt no change. I started to research different exercising machines and came across the BodyTrack Glider 35-1050D, which I purchased, based on the reviews that were posted about it on Amazon. When I received it, I was surprised that it was almost fully assembled and what was left to attach, was quite easy. I am 6' 2" and weighed 252 lbs at time of purchase. I do a 30 minute session daily, fast pace rowing for 5 min increments, with 1 min breaks in between. With just 1 month into my routine, I have lost 4 pounds and I'm starting to get muscle tone back into my upper body. I'm in no hurry to reach my goal, as my doctor always reminds me, slow, but steady. I'd also like to add, that I'm 65 years old, which shows that you're never to old to start exercising. I don't like to exercise, but with this rower, in front of my TV and doing my 30 min. routine, I fine it very invigorating and not boring. The only thing I wish, is that there would have been some workout programs include with the instructions for the BodyTrack Glider 35-1050D, as I couldn't find anything online, so I made up my own. For the price, you can't go wrong and as well built as this machine is, I feel it will be with me, as long as I'm able bodied.
