I bought this about three weeks ago and use it for about 30minutes a day so far I really love it. The computer that keeps track of your rows and calories I don't think works very well but all in all a very nice rower for the price.

The machine was very easy to assemble and, for the money, works just fine. I especially like the adjustable switch that permits me to increase or decrease the resistance on the rowing arms. This allows me to gradually increase the demand on my arms and legs.

I've owned this machine for 5 years now and love it! Just recently had to replace the rollers under the seat. No problem with that as I have put a lot of miles on it. Foot plates are joke, broke the strap almost immediately so I ended up taking an old pair of shoes and bolting them to the foot plate! Works like a charm and been that way for years! Good little rower for the money.
