All we needed

I bought this 3 weeks ago. I really thought it would hurt my back too much but my husband needed something. Guess What? It doesn't hurt at all. We're on a slow start. Tension 5, 100 reps twice a day. We'll up it when we can. Only have 1 complaint. It's that you only get 1 foot strap. It's not enough no matter how you strap it. For the cost of having 2 straps per foot, I would rate it a 5. Without the 2nd strap, it's a 4 as there is no way to keep your feet on the platforms.

Provides a really good total body workout. Google how to row properly to ensure you get the most out of your efforts. The rower is built well. It feels sturdy and smooth as a whole. The foot rests feel a little flimsy but I have had no issue with them. Overall, I am very impressed with the workout and value of this piece of equipment.

It's great for me as a way to move away from weights to start getting a toned down exercise. I'm in perfect shape, don't have time for the big weights in gym and don't have space for most equipment and this is actually getting me active again. This folds up pretty small for vertical storage, and can be taken out and/or put away in about 1 minute. Weighs 40 pounds so it's not hard to move. The construction is pretty sturdy for the price, as long as you don't expect it to match the quality of a $1,000 machine you won't be disappointed.
