Did a lot of research and this rower definately is worth it! My husband, who is a trainer, is 240 lbs and I'm 120. It works the same for both of us. It's easy to use, easy to move, and it doesn't take up a lot of space. I was able to cancel my gym membership after I finally got my favorite cardio machine at home. All over, full body, work out!

I'd always wanted a rowing machine but never thought I'd own one! Not only was my Stamina rower affordable but it is awesome in its performance. Assembly was easy between my husband me and we were trying it out within an hour. It's been used every day since - sometimes more than once a day. Love the air from the fan as it keeps me cool and rowing longer than I would if it wasn't there. Seat glides smoothly and overall performance leaves me with zero complaints. Thank you Stamina!

I received my rower about 2 weeks ago and have used it about 3.5 hours total. I am used to Concept 2 Rowers but those were definitely outside my price range. Despite not having damper settings and a little less robust computer, I feel this is a high grade rower well worth the money! Would recommend to anyone needing a good rower that doesn't want to spend a ton.
