Easy to set up and to use. Sturdy enough to support me ( 6'1" 225 llbs ). Makes for a nice low impact workout. Making it easier to get back into exercising since I was avoiding the wear and tear of running.

I bought the Stamina rowing machine about a month ago and love it. The equipment was easy to assemble and after reading a few websites on proper body mechanics while rowing, I really like this equipment. I am not a fan of exercising so don't take this as an expert opinion. I can simply tell you it is a great way to get exercise (while watching TV) and it works so many muscles that I have neglected for awhile. The fan cools you down while rowing so that is an added bonus.
