Very good product for the price, Just One thing I would change is the straps for the feet become a little loose after a while of using the machine but besides that I’m loving the rower

I purchased this rowing machine after my gym closed. I also have a bum ankle which I plan to remedy with a Total Ankle Replacement in the next year or so. After reading all the reviews, I decided to purchase this rowing machine. I am older and I liked the fact that many of the reviewers were over 50 and some mentioned joint/bone problems. The other reviews are spot on...I assembled it myself and found it pretty easy to do. I have been using it every other day or so for a couple of weeks and I am pleased. It is quiet and I can watch a TV program while rowing. The only negative I have seen so far is the timer is not accurate which is not a deal breaker since I use my own heart monitor. For the price point, it is great and you can move it against the wall and out of the way. I have a personal trainer and he tried it and thought it was very effective. The four star rating is due to two factors: the inaccurate timer and I want to see how long it lasts with frequent use.

Recently purchased through Amazon and it works great! Great price and better quality than I thought it would be for the price. Quite happy with it. Not as comfortable as sitting on the couch, but I guess that's not the point...

To be honest I am glad I did not buy it it was a gift but it is a good machine my own complaint is the monitor feature that counts does not rest right even after requesting a new one you still have to take out the battery to rest the counter

nice product and arrived in perfect condition. only flaw found foot rest heel rest way to shallow foot comes out to often. cant believe this is where cut corners . :(

I just assembled the rower 2 days ago. Assembling instructions very clear and straightforward, it took me about 45 minutes to complete the assembly.
Since then I used it twice and am happy with the results. I used to workout with a rowing machine at the gym, and like this one better, as you can use your arms in a wide opening, as opposed to the ones in the gym that you only bring your arms back and forth. Up to now I am very happy with the workout and best thing is I don't have to leave the house to do it.
The only complaint I have is that it doesn't have a heart monitor, which is a very handy feature. I know that including it would raise the price, because of the need to install sensors and another function in the display, but I would be prepared to pay the difference, if it was a reasonable one.
I am used to the HR monitor as I also have a static bike at home, and this one ahs the HR monitor and it is very handy.
I will post a new development comment in a couple of weeks, after using it more times.
