Generally, I really feel that this machine is really "bang for the buck", as it is on the cheaper end on the spectrum of rowing machines currently on the market. It does have decent design overall and pretty good performance. It is definitely a strong starting rowing machine for the new rowing enthusiast!

The machine was easy to put together ( by a woman) in a few hours.
This is a great work out tool, I like the variation of strength training. Only problem I found that the seat creaks which can be annoying, there is no way to tighten it.
