This suits my needs and wallet perfectly. Took awhile to assemble as I'm inept. Customer Service responded promptly to my questions and, when I mentioned my monitor stopped working, sent me a new one immediately. Been using it for a month. At 66 I'm not a gym-goer and needed something that worked several muscle groups and stamina. It's sturdy yet easy to move. Highly recommend.

The rower itself is fine. The computer or meter that came with it did not work from the start. Wouldn't even turn on.
I reached out to customer support and they were quick to respond that they would send replacement.
It has been over a month and still nothing.
I have reached out to customer support multiple times and they respond quickly that they are looking into it but that's as far as it goes.
Very frustrating.

This is a full body workout! It's just what I needed during the pandemic. It arrived on time and was easily put together. I row on it while I watch tv. I'm 56 years old and I have worked up to 35 minutes in just a few weeks.

I truly appreciate the space saving design and the full motion handles. This machine has the potential to be a great little fitness product but I'm not extremely pleased with my purchase.
First of all, the rower arrived and the counter is defective. I called customer support for a replacement and new parts are on backorder from China indefinitely (I've been waiting for 2 months).
Secondly, I am a 6' man with high fitness level and this isn't quite enough machine for my needs. I've noticed that at resistance level 6 of 12, the piston heats up so much that it starts to seize and reduce the range motion after as little as 7 minutes. If you are looking for a rower for moderate intensity, long duration endurance workouts, this isn't the best option.
I still use the rower on a regular basis, but instead of a full body, stand alone workout, it is more for warmup before the main workout. Will definitely spend a little more money when I decide to upgrade.
