Very nice, small, simple machine for people like me who just want to row while watching TV. However, the seat is far too hard, and the indentation for the coccyx bone is far too shallow. The need to make the seat a gel cushion with a full cut-out for the coccyx. If you buy this machine, just know that you will need to remanufacture the seat before you can use it on a daily basis. Also, it would be far better if the weight capacity were higher. At least 300 lbs. If they want to sell this machine to people for the purpose of weight loss, they need to make it sturdy enough to handle people who have a lot of weight to lose.

I have had this rowing machine for a month now. It is quiet and lightweight and I LOVE the workout! It's smooth! The only draw back is the beep sound with each stroke, if you use the monitor, so I don't use it. Working out while sitting is great!

Great Machine, works well, our first rowing machine. Family loves it, only thing is the highest tension is on the low end. We just vary out workouts and do it more intensely. It is being used everyday and takes up very little room. It is narrow and slim. Very easy to put together.
