[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little machine for the price! Perfect for someone who is just getting into working out but doesn't want the stress on joints (ankles, knees) and who may or may not have a great outdoor space to walk daily. Quiet to use (just 2 weeks into using it). Easy-ish to assemble. Took me about an hour. Biggest complaint about assembly is that the instructions refer to nuts, bolts, and washers by item numbers (1) that are slightly different than how they appear on the packaging and (2) that disappear when you try to open the package. How about making the nuts, bolts, & washers different colors OR showing the item numbers on the plastic instead of the cardboard/paper background? Glad I found this and I'm hoping it lasts a long time with proper care.

So i put the rower together and plug in the display and it doesn't work. I open the machine up and whoever put the main body together at the factory put a screw right through one of the wires... But customer service was good and they sent me new wires with quick shipping for free. It sucks i had to do more assembly but the display now works and the machine gets the job done.

The row is great. It was easy to assemble and some to operate. My biggest complaint is that it arrived with dents on it. It doesn't affect the operation but I'm not happy that my brand new rower is dented.
