Exceeded my hopes for having a compact high quality sound. Love the analog tuning dial as you can make fine adjustments to get a clearer signal.

I absolutely love the sound from this radio. It has great AM/FM reception, but I mostly use the AUX in for my computer at work. I replaced a Yamaha surround system on my desk with this and nobody can believe the sound that this produces. Deep bass and great highs and mids with a single speaker. Shell out the money, this radio is worth every cent.

Great for old folks

Looking for a simple radio my blind, rather senile mother could use with headphones to drown out the sound of the TV sports her husband listens to at deafening volume, this radio performs perfectly! It is simple enough for Mom to use, sturdy enough that she has not broken it, and both she and her husband have given it rave reviews.

a marvelous piece of retro fashion radio tecnology.the sound is round and full like like the one emerging from a good piano.i use it with an airport to listen to my music library in my computer.

Surpringly good sound

I was expecting a nice sounding radio but I was surprised at how well this really sounded. The dial to tune is very nice. The only thing I would change is the volume knob. It's pretty "touchy" and is not a detent type knob. It can go from soft volume to loud volume quickly.

Like an old friend

I still have a soft spot in my heart for a KLH radio that sits on a bookshelf in my office. It is probably 40 years old or older, and it still sounds great. Looking to have another quality radio in our kitchen, I recently bought the Tivoli Model One. Same look but 1/3 the size of the older KLH, the sound is great and the controls basic and functional. I live about 50 miles from Denver, and my only gripe is that we will probably have to get the external antenna in order to pull in the Denver stations. The antenna that is built into the electric cord just doesn't cut it, especially when the weather is not ideal. On balance though, a great radio for the price.

it is a nice addition to my home and office with very good sound. I own two of them. Clients often notice and comment on what a noce looking radio it is.

I simply love this radio. Excellent build quality - the switches have a "Mercedes" quality to them and the tonal quality is excellent. I play my iPhone through the auxiliary input and it has never sounded better. Radio reception is astounding. I can't move the dial a fraction of an inch without capturing another station.
