Bought this gem from the restocked bin. Awesome sound, reception and value. Best radio I could imagine. In this complicated world a simple radio is a pleasure. Amazing clarity for talk radio needs (there is a difference)
This is a fantastic table radio. Although not stereo, the audio quality is crystal clear. I live in an area where FM signal is not the best, but there is no hiss or buzz. I replaced an older Bose Wave Radio with this unit. In my opinion, the audio quality, and the tuner especially, are in many respects equal or superior.Tivoli makes several variants of this radio. The Model One does not have Bluetooth, but it does have 1/8" (headphone) input and output. In addition, it has 1/8" input for a powered FM antenna.I paired mine with a Google Home Audio, so I can stream audio to the unit. If you stream often, consider the models with this option. The cabinet is solid wood, and the build quality and finish are on level with much more expensive audio equipment. The controls are simple and solid. This radio evokes a bygone era of home audio.
Simplistic Quality of Tivoli vs. Plastic Bells and Whistles of other radios.

Everything looks simplistic and beautiful with the white on silver! The dial controls feel of high quality. I bought the radio to listen to talk radio. The fm reception is great and sounds superb. I’m not into all the bells and whistles of all the new radios, I feel this radio reflects the looks of yesterday but better looking. I really like the way you can tune in on stations. The new radios are made of plastic where Tivoli uses hard wood and metal dials, just looks and feels like a high end radio without the high end price.
