I wish the clock version had a dimmer feature as I was afraid the light was going to be too bright. On the Model One, I wish there was a preset feature. The dial works very well but to add in a preset would be really helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Through a series of moves and life dynamics over several years, my original Model One was lost.I grew fatigued with listening to my favorite over night radio programming on my iPad and the difference in talk talent between broadcast and internet service from my local news/talk outlets.I’m so happy to find hat the Model One was still avail able and is as fine a product as I remember the original to be!

I like my new Tivoli but it doesn't seem to have the same sound clarity of my last one, an alarm radio.Obviously my hearing has changed over the last 10 years.

This is our third Model One. No problems. Sound spoils us so we add them to rooms "unserved" even by PAL or PAL BT. Oldest is going to our camp north of Lake Huron in Ontario. It will complement one already there in another room or guest house. Good reception for CBC/Sudbury and pretty good some of the time from CMU or Interlochen PR in northern Michigan if clouds are right and gods are kind.
