Coffee is hot - perfect temperature
Brews quickly
Easy to use
Easy to clean
It doesn't take up a lot of counter space.
Milk frother works well, once you get the hang of it
Improvements that I would make:
Not a lot of room for a big mug but still I can still make it work
The portafilter is really hard to get into place but I think it is getting easier as I use it
I have trouble getting the used grounds out after I brew.

Amazing upgrade

I now have the pro to replace a regular 5814 I have had it a couple of weeks so far and love it. The fast heat up time is really nice and it brews a great espresso. The water dispenser is also much better with a continuous stream of flow which is great for americanos. The two machines look alike, but the performance difference is clear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just used my Casabrew 5418PRO for the first time and i'm impressed. It made a great latte first time out of the box! The instructions were fantastic and I found it very easy to use, even though I've never done anything like this before. I'd say the positive reviews I'd read were on the money. I highly recommend it!

After some research I decided to try out the Casabrews Pro 5418. I’ve never owned or used an espresso machine before but I found this model to be very user friendly. I did buy my own accessories to go with the machine such as a filter (recommended) and a tamping device. So far it works great, and I’ve been using it almost everyday. The consistency of my espresso is great I no longer need to waste money running to my local coffee shop. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase!
