I bought this item on Walmart's website where one can no longer find it. I like this espresso machine.; the 58 mm portafilter is great though I am curious to capacity of coffee grounds in grams it's double shot basket holds. I also purchased a Casabrews 58 mm bottomless portafilter from Target but it's ear's thickness was too thin to fit on this machine without leaking.

Disappointed with the quality of the brew. Using Illy espresso as I have with my previous Saeco and stovetop Moka pot but output is watery and crema is lacking. Tried both single and double shots and problems are similar.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback! For a richer espresso with better crema, we recommend trying a slightly coarser grind and using a bit more coffee in the portafilter. These adjustments often help improve extraction and give a fuller cup.

Portafilter became black after I wash it

I purchased the 3700GENSE espresso machine I was verry happy with it, making a good coffee and recommending this brand to my friends and my family till today when My wife washed the portafilter. It became fully black and makes my hands black too… makes me so disappointed that I would have to buy a different one. Just expecting better. The machine is really good.

Makes a great Cappaccino every morning! I have been using the Casabrew for 2 weeks. It makes a great Espresso shot and the steam wand does a good job of frothing. I like a lot of foam. I have had the flashing lights and when I reread the directions it was easy to get back to brewing. Don't run out of water! It takes a little more time to reset. My only negative is that there are no numbers on the pressure gauge. My gauge is in the "Espresso" zone, but I'd like to know how many bars for each shot. I have been adjusting my grinds and tamping.
